Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) won't return vs. Steelers

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tee Higgins will miss the rest of Sunday's contest with a concussion after taking a hit to the head during the second quarter of the matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Higgins caught a short pass midway through the quarter and was tackled by Pittsburgh's Devin Bush and Terrell Edmunds. The hit by Bush moved Higgins toward Edmunds, whose helmet smacked into Higgins.
