After cricket player slandered, India meets with Wikipedia officials

NEW DELHI, India: India summoned Wikipedia executives after cricketer Arshdeep Singh's page on the online encyclopedia was edited to accuse him of being linked to a Sikh separatist movement.

Singh had to incur the wrath of some social media users after he dropped a simple catch in the closing stages of a recent India-Pakistan match.

The inserted copy said the Sikh cricketer, born in the northern Indian st
