I've been watching it, it's on Disney+ in the UK. I'm enjoying it so far. It's nice to see a behind the scenes where it's not all glitz and glam, champagne, and Porsches. The juxtaposition of the Hollywood homes and the run down businesses in Wrexham makes a nice touch, and adds to the hard luck story. Although you can't really consider Wrexham an underdog anymore now. Be interesting to see how long they stick at it though.
My guess would be it hangs on promotion this season. Beyond that, they might just say they failed at what they tried to achieve. So far, you don't really see a strong connect by the owners to the team. Haven't seen them at one game yet during the show. Although I do understand that they went to games later in the season. Wondering if they've been to any games this season? That would be a clue as to how long they stick at it. If they genuinely fall in love with the club and the town, or if it just remains some pet/hobby project.
