Families in Orris Carnation have had to live with overflowing wastewater for years, but the Municipal Corporation of Manesar’s decision earlier this year to sanction a Rs 1.25 crore drain gave them hope that the problem won’t last long. Work started sometime in June, already three months late, and it now appears to have come to a standstill, the residents said on Sunday.
