Farmers in the twin districts of Mysuru and Chamarajanagar are affected due to a shortage of urea, a much-needed fertiliser for paddy, sugarcane and banana cultivation. Farmers have been frantically visiting fertiliser shops in their village, for making purchases, but to no avail.
