[Football] Strong Running Game Lifts Warriors Over Doane on the Road

CRETE, Neb. – Playing for the first time on the road this season, Midland University made sure to pack its running game for the short trip to take on Doane University. The Warriors controlled the line of scrimmage, running for 249 yards while limiting the Tigers to just 94 yards, during their 20-6 victory. The win improves Midland's season record to 3-0 overall and 2-0 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). Doane moves to 1-1 overall and in conference play.
