Saudi Aramco and China’s state-owned SINOPEC last month signed an agreement for collaboration in the oil and gas sector and enhance synergy between BRI and Saudi Vision 2030. This could lead to creation of a manufacturing hub in King Salman Energy Park, ET has learnt.
