AN ALDI shopper has revealed how they do their entire weekly shop for £5 as Asda, as the cost of living increases in the UK.
TikTok user @costoflivingcrisistips, who has over 30,000 followers, showed off the items they picked up for the week.
Their total shop came to £4.97 and it included 45p long grain rice from Aldi’s Essentials range.
Next, the bargain hunter put 65p pasta sauce in their basket, along with a big pasta bag, spaghetti, a loaf of bread and Cornflakes cereal.
They also added canned peas, baked beans and chopped tomatoes from their Essentials range.
For a treat, they got 25p Bourbon Creams biscuits and rice pudding.
