Caterpillar workers voice support for Will Lehman’s campaign for UAW president: “The main issue for me is equality”

In discussing Lehman’s program, many workers voiced strong agreement with his call to end the wage and benefit tier system, bring temporary workers up to full pay, and restore COLA and pensions, among other demands.
