Netflix’s The Good Nurse leaves viewers ‘sick to their stomachs’ with true story of doc who murdered 400 patients
NETFLIX viewers have been left ‘sick to their stomachs’ after catching a glimpse of new show The Good Nurse.
The new show is based on a true story of a doctor who is thought to have murdered 400 patients in the course of his work.
The Good Nurse will show how his medic colleague (played by Jessica Chastain) who previously leaned on Charles (played by Eddie Redmayne) makes it her mission to uncover the truth.
The movie is an adaption of Charles Graber’s book ‘The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder’.
In the trailer, which has already been viewed over 1.2 million times in just four days, the nurse becomes suspicious of her colleague following an unexpected death of a patient.

As she learns that Charles has worked in nine hospitals in his career, the nurse begins to uncover that patient’s deaths are linked.
While the movie doesn’t drop on the streaming giant’s platform until October 26, fans are already terrified by the trailer.
“It absolutely sickens me to my stomach that someone who took an oath to save lives was running around murdering innocent patients,” said one watcher.
Another said: “as a nurse this give me chills!!”
In real life, serial killer Charles Cullen was caught in 2003 and has only ever admitted to the killing of up to 40 patients.
The 62-year-old is currently behind bars serving 18 consecutive life sentences.
