DRI has written to the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, saying the EV makers may have violated the minimum local value addition criteria to receive subsidies under the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of (Hybrid &) Electric Vehicles India (FAME-II) scheme.
