Diana, Princess of Wales, died in a tragic car accident almost exactly 25 years ago. The “people’s princess” died from injuries she sustained in a car crash in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel in Paris, France. Her partner and the driver of the vehicle died on impact. Her sons, Harry and William, were 12 and 15 years old at the time, respectively.
