Gimnasia beat Arsenal to go top of Argentine top flight

BUENOS AIRES, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Gimnasia returned to the top of Argentina's Primera Division standings on Thursday with a 2-0 home victory over Arsenal Sarandi.

Ramon Sosa put the hosts ahead with a 48th-minute strike before Nicolas Colazo doubled the lead with a superb long-range effort six minutes later.
