Kovind said the PM right from the beginning has had deep-rooted respect for Ambedkar and the constitution that has reflected in many of his actions, including announcing official celebrations to mark the constitution day to making women the centre of his welfare schemes, increasing access to education, codifying labour laws and bringing in the use of universal account number to improve the lives of the poor.
