Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi blames U.S. for delaying return to JCPOA

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi told the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday that his country is prepared to "resolve issues" to return to the 2015 nuclear deal limiting its ability to build a nuclear weapon.
