Virgin Atlantic employees can now choose which uniform best represents them, no matter their gender identity or expression

The British airline is also introducing optional pronoun badges; inclusivity training for staff; and a change in its ticketing system to offer passport holders with gender-neutral gender markers to use their gender codes and titles.
