Hurricane Ian weakens to category 3, Northeast Florida coastline prepares for storm surge

Hurricane Ian has weakened into a category 3 hurricane, but the Northeast Florida coastline is still preparing to be hit with a storm surge and an extreme wind warning is still in effect. NBC's Bill Karins reports.
