gurgaon ahead of the implementation of graded action response plan grap mcg has decided to increase the area covered by sweeping machines for cleaning the city roads in a meeting the mcg commissioner directed officials to ensure that dumping of solid waste and construction and demolition waste on roads and public places does not take place the mcg teams have also been directed to issue challans for violations under grap which will be implemented from october 1 constitutionally by the mcg committees.
