The Union cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday gave its ex-post facto approval to an MoU between India and Bangladesh on sharing equal volume of water of border river, Kushiyara, in Assam's Karimganj district to meet their requirements during the dry season.
