Jharkhand: Birsa Munda Central Jail prisoners skip tea for a month for gala feast on Navami

Prisoners of Birsa Munda Central Jail are abstaining from tea and jaggery for the past one month. Reason: They would utilise the savings arising out of the changed menu to celebrate Durga Puja in a grand manner with a lot of delicacies.
