MoHE: No such thing as 'quota' or 'cable'

PUTRAJAYA: The Higher Education Ministry (MoHE) has dismissed allegations of “quota” and “cable” (using inside connection) when it addressed the uproar over the results of the student intake into public higher education institutions for the coming academic year.
