As the Covid situation improves across the country, the board has decided to go back to the conventional practice of holding board exams once a year. For the 2021-22 academic year, the CBSE had introduced a bifurcated format with two terms: the Term-I board exams were held in November-December in 2021, while the Term-II exams were held in April-May in 2022.
