Recently, a Flipkart buyer, Yashaswi Sharma, reported that he ordered a laptop on Flipkart, but instead received a detergent soap. Similarly, Mumbai-based Ashok Bhambhani ordered a OnePlus 10T smartphone worth over Rs 50,000 on Amazon but got a dish-washing bar. Another buyer reported that he received a different brand smartwatch instead of Apple Watch.
