The National Games are back after a gap of six years and the 36th edition of the sporting extravaganza which is already underway in Gujarat, will on Thursday be graced by the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a glittering opening ceremony at the Mahatma Mandir Complex in Gandhinagar.
