N O ONE likes a shock and the money markets are no different but that is exactly what the Chancellor delivered last week in his mini-budget. A giant shock that sent them into convulsions. Many of us watching, as he rose to speak, were expecting to hear more detail about the pre-announced energy-support package - how would it work for individuals, how much would businesses get and how would it be paid for?
