A group of good Samaritans rescued an elderly man who became trapped in his car as Hurricane Ian made landfall on Wednesday in Bonita Springs, Florida. The “Collier County Cowboys” said in an Instagram post that the man was too weak to open the door during Ian’s storm surge.
