I work with moms – the worst baby name I ever heard sounds like a cuss word & an insult
A LACTATION consultant has shared the worst baby names she’s ever heard during her career, and one sounds inappropriate.
In a TikTok video, the woman shared the story behind the child’s name, which sounds more like a cuss word and insult meant to be said behind closed doors.
Health professional Danielle Gauss, known on TikTok as @theboobyfairy, gives viewers a bit of hilarity as she shares the story of how one child came to be named after a cuss word.
Gauss’ video is a duet from user @doctorcarlton who asks viewers in a separate video to tell “the most unfortunate name” they’ve ever run across.
According to Gauss, one child’s name was an unintentional act by the parents due to their cultural background.
She leads viewers on a comedic tale of how that child ended up with the name Shithead.
Pronounced “SHY-THEED,” the name dumbfounded Gauss upon the first time she heard.
Shithead is a common name of Indian and Pakistani origin that means shining star.
So much so, that she had to ask the parents to ask how it was spelled.
Lo and behold, the parents tell her how it is spelled with the child’s name spelled exactly how she thought and written like the rude comeback.

“This poor kid’s going to get ridiculed in Kindergarten,” she claims in the video.
Working with new mothers and newborn babies, the nursing specialist says she hears many different names throughout the workday.
“The other one was the baby that was ‘named’ by the hospital, according to the mother,” she explains.
Unfortunately, Guess then goes on to say in the video that the cuss word/ birth name isn’t even the worst that she has heard in her lifetime.
Apparently, the child’s name also was their sex, pronounced “FEH-MAH-LAY.”
The mother asserts that the hospital named her child due to the wristband placed on the newborn’s wrist that read its sex at birth.
“Some people should not be parents,” she declares as the video comes to a close.
The comment section of the video was flooded with viewers sharing their own opinions about the names and their own personal stories.
“People treat their kids like animals and it’s so sad. You’re not naming a guinea pig. You’re naming a human who will go to school and get a job,” one viewer wrote.
“Nurse here. I had one named Birth Certificate,” she shared.
“Hi! I work in NICU I UNFORTUNATELY have seen twin girls named K’ronah and V’yruz. Parents thought it was hilarious,” another added.
