Hiring – Wedding Venue Coordinator

We are hiring a Wedding Venue Coordinator.

Scotswood Links is an 18-hole golf course located in Elm Creek, MB. We are open year-round and have restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities. We host a wide range of functions including weddings, golf tournaments, business meetings/conferences, graduations, and class-reunions.

Duties include:

-Market our wedding venue.

-Correspond with wedding clients and potential wedding clients.

-Work with the client to plan their meal tasting, menu selections, timeline of their day at our venue, special requests, set-up, decorations, entertainment, etc. 

-Work with suppliers and wedding vendors to provide an outstanding experience for wedding clients.

-Coordinate the venue on the day of the function.

This position allows some work from home and requires some on-site work. It offers some flexibility to work around the candidate’s schedule.
