Ed Sheeran to face trial over £90million copyright claim

Ed Sheeran has been ordered to stand trial in New York over claims that parts of his song Thinking Out Loud too closely resemble Let's Get It On by Marvin Gaye. A judge denied the singer's bid to dismiss the case, saying a jury should decide.
