6 teams set up in Gurugram to keep bad air in check, violators to face heavy fines

The Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) on Friday constituted six teams, with three members each, to tackle air pollution and strictly implement the graded response action plan (GRAP), which kicks off in Delhi-NCR on Saturday.
