Kanpur girls’ hostel operator, warden held in MMS scandal

A day after a civic worker was caught red-handed while filming an obscene video of a girl student at a girls’ hostel in Rawatpur area here on Thursday, the police arrested the hostel operator and warden on the charge of criminal conspiracy.
