The Jharkhand high court judge Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh has been transferred to the Tripura high court and he will be replaced by Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra of the Uttarakhand high court. The decision was taken by the Supreme Court collegium on September 28 in Delhi.
