I regularly drank with Paul Hendrie in the Dog at Mappleborough Green, his son would always come over at Christmas to see him.
A friend of mine used to work with Paul Tait and one Christmas morning Tait came to the Dog to see our mutual friend, Tait left before the Hendries turned up.
I bought John Gayle a beer in the Washford once.
