Tory conference in lockdown after ‘security alert’ with MPs stranded outside

The Conservative Party conference has gone into ‘lockdown’ and MPs have been told they can’t leave or enter the building.

Police have said due to a potential ‘security alert’ the ICC where the even is being held is currently under lockdown.
