Finnish government replies to interpellation on energy policy

THE GOVERNMENT of Prime Minister Sanna Marin (SDP) on Wednesday replied to an interpellation submitted by three opposition parties: the Christian Democrats, Finns Party and Movement Now.

The parties demanded that the government address their concerns about electricity prices, the functioning of the energy market and the approach taken to the recent crisis at Fortum.
