Incentivise people to report dine-in smokers

Lately and regrettably, at every coffee shop or restaurant that I go to, there are people smoking or vaping inside even though smoking while dining in is not allowed. It is an offence that is punishable with a RM10,000 fine or two years’ jail if found guilty.
