SPICE Girl Mel B was left shaken by a remark from shamed Tory MP Conor Burns when they met in a lift at the party conference.

And the singer, 47, let fly at the sacked trade minister on Twitter last night after he spoke of clearing his name over the allegations of “serious misconduct” that cost him his job.

Mel, who was at the conference to campaign for domestic abuse survivors, wrote: “Really?? Your (sic) shocked about this complaint???
“Let me remind you what you said to me in lift…..”

One bystander who witnessed the shamed MP’s comment said last night: “Conor’s comment was extremely inappropriate, and Mel was visibly shocked.

“You could see she was really creeped out by what he said.”

Burns, 50, was fired from his junior minister post on Friday over allegations about his behaviour at the Birmingham conference.

He added: “I hope the party will be as quick to conduct their enquiry as they were to rush to judgement.”
