Bhubaneswar municipal corporation (BMC) commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange on Monday visited Unit-1 haat, the biggest marketplace for vegetable and other items in the city, and warned the shopkeepers and vendors of hefty fine if they do not follow sanitation guidelines.
