European Commission proposes EU candidate status for Bosnia-Herzegovina

BRUSSELS, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- The European Commission recommended on Wednesday that the member states of the European Union (EU) give Bosnia and Herzegovina candidate status under the condition of further reforms.
