TV host and comedian Jay Leno is coming to Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage

Comedian and former “The Tonight Show” host Jay Leno has been added to the growing list of comics coming to Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage next year.

Leno will headline the casino on March 25, 2023. Tickets are $75-$125 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14 at aguacalientecasinos.com.

He made his first appearance on the late-night television in the late ’70s and in 1986, he became a frequent substitute host for Johnny Carson on “The Tonight Show.” He replaced Carson in 1992, becoming the host for his NBC show, “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” until 2009. He also briefly hosted the primetime NBC program, “The Jay Leno Show,” but after the network cancelled it, he returned to hosting “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” until 2014.

The stand-up comedian currently produces and hosts the CNBC primetime show, “Jay Leno’s Garage,” a series focusing on motor vehicles, primarily cars and motorbikes. In addition to his hosting gigs, which includes leading the revival of the “You Bet Your Life” game show, he’s also been a regular on the Tim Allen comedy series, “Last Man Standing.” Leno is also a published author, having released a few children’s books including “Jay Leno: If Roast Beef Could Fly” and “How to Be the Funniest Kid in the Whole Wide World (or Just in Your Class).”

Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage has other comedy shows slated in 2023, including performances by Jerry Seinfeld, Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias and Daniel Tosh.
