Yakshagana timings: Patrons to hold padayatra to temple

Patrons of Kateel Mela in the coastal district have decided to submit a memorandum to chief minister Basavaraj Bommai seeking the relaxation of rules allowing yakshagana performances throughout the night as per traditions.
