Hat-trick of deals sees industrial scheme fully let

Schroders Capital UK Real Estate Fund announced the project, comprising of five brand-new units ranging from 4,936 sq ft to 5,791 sq ft, last autumn in response to the demand for more commercial space in the Midlands, with construction on the buildings completing earlier this year.
