The shares, held by OFI Global China Fund and other funds managed by Invesco's Developing Markets Equity investment team, were sold on the stock exchange, according to reports. Domestic brokerage firm Kotak Securities is acting as the sole broker for the secondary share sale with a deal size of 52,935,068 equity shares.
