MOSCOW (Sputnik) - There is a notification system regarding nuclear exercises and it is conducted through the channels of the Ministry of Defense, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday, commenting on US remarks regarding Russia's upcoming drills.
