Detained at Pearson airport: Man to get hearing into human-rights complaint over CBSA

Border agents flagged this Newmarket man for secondary inspection at Pearson Airport on suspicion of smuggling narcotics from Jamaica based on a list of ‘indicators,’ including where he’s travelling from. All he had was apples and milk.
