Anybody had any issue’s with them recently.

I’ve had to call them out regarding sewerage filling the man hole in the back of our garden and they’re quoting £114 if it’s not their pipes, the last time they came out over 10 years ago it was done for free.

I thought the law had changed and that ST was mainly responsible for most things now.

For the record our man hole is linked to another 2 houses and we have never put any wet wipes or nappies down ( no kids )

If there are two more houses on the line that is blocked or their waste is also going into the manhole then it is the authority's responsibility.

Yes…. I had this with my neighbour who I share part about f a driveway with. We had a blocked drain issue and he said he’d deal as he’s in insurance and knows a fair bit more than I do about what is and isn’t covered in these kind of matters. Anyway following week, knocked on my door and said all sorted as outlined by B_C_F_C… Came and repaired following week no charge…. About 3-4 months ago so don’t see anything would have changed since then
