Couples are raving about European duvet hack that will end all bedtime arguments for good
HOW many times have you woken up in the middle of the night to find that your partner has taken all of the duvet leaving you cold?
This is a struggle most people face every night – but according to TikTok, there is a solution, which some have dubbed ”life-changing”.
This so-called European bedding style, The Daily Mail reported, sees you sleeping with separate duvets, offering couples space from one another.
Not only will this easy life hack provide you with a good night’s sleep but also prevents any arguments between you and your loved one.
The clever bedding method has since shocked those outside of Europe, who are used to using a single duvet.
According to a 2017 report by the Sleep Council, one in every four gets poor sleep thanks to their partner, whether that spending the full night tossing and turning or fighting for the covers.

In regards to the origins, the method earned its name because the practice is most common in the Scandinavian countries, such as Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
One fan of this sleep hack is TikToker Cecilia Blomdahl, from Sweden, who recently posted a video to social media demonstrating just how to perfect the method.
For this, she revealed, you will first need to start by adding a fitted sheet.
Once done, you’ll then skip the top sheet and add two twin duvets on top.

Overlap the duvets in the middle of the bed so roughly a quarter of the blankets are left hanging off the edge.
This will ensure each person is the middle of their duvet when sleeping.

To complete the bed, chuck on plenty of pillows for the ultimate comfort.
