'Daily Show' Considering Rotating Slate of Hosts After Trevor Noah Exit, 2 Names Floated as Possible Replacements

There’s an update on what The Daily Show producers are considering once Trevor Noah exits the show officially.

If you don’t know, just a few weeks ago, Trevor, who has hosted the program since 2015, announced he would be exiting as the show’s host on December 8. At that time, the show will go on a hiatus and return on January 17 with a revamped production.

Variety is reporting that the show is considering using a rotating array of hosts versus having one permanent host.

In the Variety report, two possible names were floated as people who could fill the seat.
