Arlington Heights Mayor pledges public will have ‘full ... fair’ say in Chicago Bears’ plan to transform old site into new stadium

Arlington Heights citizens Monday questioned the level of public input they'd had into negotiations with the Bears as they consider purchasing Arlington International Racecourse for a new stadium and mixed use development.
