A nursery worker squirted glue into my one year old son’s face while fixing her false nails – I’m fuming
GLUE was squirted in the face of a toddler as a nursery nurse attempted to fix her false nails while holding him.
One-year-old Jack Culverhouse’s face swelled and his eyelashes were glued together.
The glue was removed at hospital and his eyesight was found not to be affected.
Ofsted has launched a probe over the incident on September 23 at First Steps Day Nursery, Skipton, North Yorks, and the woman involved has been fired by the nursery.
Jack’s mum Aimee, 18, is now planning to sue.
The student, of Skipton, said of her son’s care: “I got a phone call saying Jack had glue in his eye.
